How to Cancel Your Winners Locker SubscriptionUpdated 24 days ago

Thinking about taking a break from Winners Locker? We’ll miss having you around, but no worries — we’re here to help make canceling your subscription as simple as possible. Here’s how to cancel on both iOS and Android devices.

Winners Locker App

You can cancel your account anytime by following these steps:
1. Ensure you're logged in to the Winners Locker mobile app.
2. Tap on 'Account' at the bottom right, and select 'Subscription'.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Subscription and follow the steps.

Once you confirm, your account will be deactivated immediately and you will no longer be charged.

iOS (iPhone)

  1. Open Your iOS Settings: Begin by unlocking your iOS device and navigating to the home screen. Tap on the "Settings" app, which usually looks like a gear icon.
  2. iTunes & App Store: Scroll down in the Settings menu until you see "iTunes & App Store" and tap on it.
  3. Apple ID: You'll find your Apple ID at the top of the screen; tap on it.
  4. View Apple ID: In the pop-up window, tap on "View Apple ID."
  5. Subscriptions: Scroll down until you see the "Subscriptions" option and tap on it.
  6. Winners Locker Subscription: Locate the Winners Locker subscription from the list of your active subscriptions and tap on it.
  7. Cancel Subscription: You'll now see the details of your Winners Locker subscription. Tap on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Confirm: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm your cancellation by tapping "Confirm."
  9. Subscription Canceled: Your Winners Locker subscription is now canceled. You will still have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

Android

  1. Google Play Store: Open the "Google Play Store" app on your Android device. This is where you manage your app subscriptions.
  2. Menu: Tap on the three horizontal lines or your profile picture at the top-left corner of the screen to open the menu.
  3. Subscriptions: From the menu, select "Subscriptions."
  4. Winners Locker Subscription: You will see a list of your active subscriptions. Find and tap on the Winners Locker subscription.
  5. Cancel Subscription: On the Winners Locker subscription page, tap "Cancel Subscription."
  6. Confirm: Confirm your cancellation by tapping "Cancel Subscription" in the confirmation pop-up.
  7. Subscription Canceled: Your Winners Locker subscription is now canceled. You will continue to enjoy premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.

You're all set— once you follow these steps, your Winners Locker membership will been cancelled via the app, on both iOS, and Android.
