If you have both a ‘Free’ and a ‘Paid’ account (either a Starter, Pro or MVP membership) for Winners Locker, and need to delete the free account to correct an email address issue, follow these steps:
Step-by-Step Guide
Scenario: You have a membership with the email "[MEMBERSHIP EMAIL HERE]", and a free account with your incorrect email of "[FREE ACCOUNT EMAIL HERE]". However, there is incorrect spelling in the membership email address.
Step 1: Log in to Your Free Account
Log in to your free account that has your correct email address: [FREE ACCOUNT EMAIL HERE].
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
Once logged in to the app, go to Account at the bottom right of the screen. Scroll all the way down to find the small grey Delete Account button at the bottom left.
Step 3: Delete the Free Account
Follow the prompts to delete this account. This will free up your email address to be used on your other account.
Step 4: Log in to Your Member Account
Log in to your actual member account via email "[MEMBERSHIP EMAIL HERE]".
Step 5: Change Your Email Address
Go to Account -> Change Email Address, and change your account email to your correct email: [FREE ACCOUNT EMAIL HERE].
