Subscription Suspension

Payment Failure: Accounts are subject to suspension on the first occurrence of a payment failure. This means that if we encounter an issue processing your subscription payment, your account will be temporarily suspended.

Effects of Suspension: While your account is suspended, you will not be eligible to participate in giveaways, and certain account features may be restricted. This ensures that our giveaways and rewards are accessible to active, paying members.

Payment Reminder: If your payment method encounters an issue, we will notify you promptly via email. It's essential to address this issue as soon as possible to prevent any interruption in your Winners Locker experience.


Account Termination

After your account is suspended due to payment failure, you have a limited period to resolve the payment issue. The specific timeframes for resolution are as follows:

On iOS (Apple Pay): You have 28 days to fix the payment issue.

On Android (Google Pay): You have 30 days to resolve the payment problem.

If the payment issue remains unresolved beyond the specified timeframe, Winners Locker will proceed with account termination. When your account is terminated:

  • All entries accumulated in giveaways will be reset to 0.
  • Your reward points will be reset to 0.
  • Any other account data associated with your profile may be permanently deleted.


Important Considerations

Irreversible Termination: Please be aware that account termination, once initiated, is irreversible. This means that all progress, including entries and reward points, will be lost permanently.

Payment Updates: To prevent account suspension or termination, it's crucial to keep your payment method up to date. Ensure that the payment details associated with your Winners Locker subscription are accurate and have sufficient funds available.
