How to Cancel your Winners Locker Subscription

Thinking about leaving Winners Locker? 😢

We’d be sad to see you go — especially with over $1.5M in upcoming prizes on the horizon! If you still want to cancel, it’s quick and easy on both iOS or Android.

But just keep in mind, your accumulated entries and reward points will reset to zero, and you’ll be out of the running for our upcoming giveaways.

Cancelling via the Winners Locker App 📱

You can cancel your account anytime through the Winners Locker app

How to Cancel Your Account:

  1. Open the Winners Locker app and log in.

  2. Tap your Account icon (top right, with your initials).

  3. Select Subscription.

  4. Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription.

  5. Follow the prompts to confirm. ✅

Once you confirm, your account will be deactivated immediately, your entries and points will be reset to 0 and and you will no longer be charged. You will no longer be entered into any upcoming giveaways.

iOS (iPhone)

📱 How to Cancel on iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Find and tap on Winners Locker.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Android

📱 How to Cancel on Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).

  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.

  4. Choose Winners Locker.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

✉️ How to Cancel if you're unable to access app or you don't have the app downloaded

No worries—if you can’t access the app, here’s how to cancel your Winners Locker account.👇

  1. Email us at [email protected] (use the email linked to your account).

  2. Tell us you want to cancel, by including the following:

    • That you’re requesting to cancel your account

    • Your reason for leaving (we love feedback!)

    • Your full name and account email (so we can find you fast)

  3. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with your unique cancellation link.

  4. Click your Cancellation URL and follow the quick prompts to confirm.

  5. You’re all set! ✅ Once complete, your account will be cancelled and you’ll no longer be charged. We’ll send a confirmation email for your records. 👍
