We give the lucky winner a call right there on air — capturing their genuine reaction in the moment. We understand people live busy lives and winners may not be available to take the phone call then and there! But, we don’t give up easily... We typically try calling 5 times, if no luck, we always follow up with a text and email.
Our team will keep trying for up to 3 months, using every method we can — calls, texts, emails — whatever it takes to deliver the good news and get that prize into your hands.
