You can cancel your Winners Locker subscription easily through our app! Here's how:
Via the Winners Locker App:
Open the Winners Locker app and log in
Tap your Account icon (top right, with your initials)
Select Subscription
Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription
Follow the prompts to confirm
For accounts signed-up directly through their App Store or website:
iPhone
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Find and tap Winners Locker from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Android
Open your Profile in the Google Play Store.
Tap Payments and Subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose Winners Locker from the list.
Tap Cancel and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
Note: If you cannot access the App. Email [email protected] with your cancellation request. We will send a unique cancellation link within 24 to 48 hours.
