Important Note: Cancel Your Subscription First

Before you proceed with deleting your Winners Locker account, it's crucial to cancel your subscription if you have one. Deleting your account won't automatically cancel your subscription, and you may continue to be billed if it's not canceled separately. 

Please follow these steps to cancel your subscription.

Once you've successfully cancelled your subscription, you can proceed with deleting your account.

How to Delete Your Winners Locker Account

Deleting your Winners Locker account is a straightforward process:

1. Open the Winners Locker app on your device.
2. Navigate to the "Account" section, in the Navigation bar on the bottom right.
3. Within the Account section, tap "Sign In & Security"
4. Confirm that you would like to permanently delete your Winners Locker Account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Winners Locker account:

• Your account information, including your profile, entries, and reward points, will be permanently deleted.
• You'll lose access to the app, and your account can't be restored.

Any active subscriptions must be cancelled before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
